Bid Description:
The Town of Wolcott is seeking bids from qualified contractors for recreation court surfacing work at the existing recreation court located on School Street in Wolcott, Vermont.
Project Location:
School Street Recreation Court (Wolcott Recreational Field across street and south of Wolcott Fire Department)
Bidders are responsible for reviewing site conditions and submitting a complete proposal that itemizes all 1) labor, 2) materials, 3) equipment, 4) incidentals necessary to complete the work, and 5) dates available to complete the work. The Town of Wolcott is tax exempt.
Scope of Court Surfacing
*Surface coating of the completed asphalt court measuring approximately 64 feet x 78 feet,
*Application of appropriate recreational court surfacing materials,
*Layout and painting of lines for two pickleball courts.
The Town reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities in the bidding process.
