Bid Description:
Through this Request for Proposal (RFP) the Agency of Administration, Department of Human Resources is seeking to establish contracts with one or more companies that can provide services to review and analyze the current prescription drug plan(s) offered to State employees and retirees in the State Employee Health Insurance Plan, on an on-going basis, in order to find potential savings, recommend contract improvements, and in consultation with the State, negotiate with the State’s Pharmacy Benefit Managers (PBM’s), to maximize savings to the State Employee Health Insurance Plan.
