Bid Description:
The Bixby Memorial Free Library seeks bids to do engineering design work to replace its current heating system, upgrade its envelope, and implement accessibility upgrades with the support of the Municipal Energy Resilience Program (MERP) grant, received in December 2024.
Proposals should be received by February 28, 2025, by 12:00 PM (noon) at the offices of the City of Vergennes or via email to the Bixby Building Committee at info@bixbylibrary.org with a goal of receiving biddable design documents by Thursday, May 15, 2025.
