Bid Description:
The Central Vermont Regional Planning Commission (CVRPC) is the Clean Water Service Provider for the Winooski River Basin (Basin 8). As the Basin 8 Clean Water Service Provider, CVRPC receives approximately $1 million of Water Quality Restoration Formula Grant (Formula Grant) funding per year to facilitate water quality improvements through the identification, development, engineering, design and construction of non-regulatory, phosphorous reduction projects as envisioned by Act 76, the Clean Water Service Delivery Act. The purpose of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is to identify and pre-qualify firms (RESPONDENTS) willing to serve as Clean Water Project Sub-contractors (SUBCONTRACTOR) to provide Engineering and / or Construction services for a three-year period. (Note: The CVRPC already published a separate RFQ to identify Project Implementors (PARTNERS) – Natural Resources Conservation Districts, Watershed & Land Conservation Organizations and Municipalities – to manage water quality projects endorsed by the Basin 8 Water Quality Council.)
