Bid Description:
The Chittenden County Regional Planning Commission (CCRPC), in partnership with the City of South Burlington, invites qualified consultants or teams of consultants to submit statements of qualifications for regional and municipal housing needs assessment and planning services. The project will assess current and future housing needs across Chittenden County, develop regional and municipal housing profiles, and identify gaps in housing availability, affordability, and types. The project will also include materials to help communicate regional housing forecasts and targets, as well as a housing action plan for South Burlington that can serve as a model for other municipalities.
