Bid Description:
UVM is seeking proposals for an integrated Faculty Affairs platform that supports the full lifecycle of faculty activities, including reappointment, promotion, tenure (RPT), annual performance review, workload planning, and sabbatical management. The selected vendor will provide a modern, faculty-centered system that improves efficiency, accuracy, compliance, and user experience while respecting unit-level differences, Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) considerations, and existing system investments.
