Bid Description:
Through this Request for Proposal (RFP) the State of Vermont, Department of Human Resources is seeking to establish contracts with one or more companies that can provide Child & Eldercare Committee oversight. These services will include:
1) administrative and facilitative support to the Child & Eldercare Committee
2) preparation for committee meetings (announcements, minutes, copying, mailing, etc.)
3) oversight of the child & eldercare reimbursement applications, including printing and distribution of applications, reviewing and submitting applications to the Committee for review, and drafting approval or denial letters.
4) cordination and acting as the Committee liaison with the Child Care Resource and Referral contractor(s).
5) participating in engagement and promotion of the Child & Eldercare benefit through communication and benefit fairs.
