Bid Description:
The Town of Springfield (Owner) is requesting a proposal for hydroexcavating at 236 sites across the Water System extents to expose water services at the curb stop in order to observe the service material. The sites include locations outside of the roadway (the majority of sites) and within roadways.
Special Instructions:
The pricing must include all items necessary to complete the work including excavation, pavement cutting, backfill, surface and site restoration, disposal, cleanup, traffic control and all other items necessary for the work. Refer to Solicitation of Bids for more information.
