Bid Description:
Through this Request for Proposal (RFP), the Agency of Education (AOE) (hereinafter the “State”) is seeking to establish contracts with one or more companies that can establish the Vermont Seal of Global Leadership, a statewide graduation
recognition curriculum that affirms and elevates global leadership and competence as an essential outcome of a Vermont education. The vendor, in partnership with the AOE and key stakeholders, will
facilitate the design of, and support for building the infrastructure for, a program that recognizes students who demonstrate the knowledge, skills, leadership, and dispositions necessary to engage thoughtfully and effectively across cultural, linguistic, and geographic boundaries.
