Bid Description:
The purpose of this Request for Proposals is to select a Contractor, or team of Contractors, to conduct an evaluation of Vermont’s energy efficiency retrofit programs serving Vermont’s single-family existing buildings market. The evaluation will assess both thermal and electrical energy savings.
