Bid Description:
The Town of St. Albans is seeking proposals from qualified architectural, engineering, public safety consulting, or facility-planning firms to conduct a comprehensive Fire Station Location and Facility Needs Study. The study will provide the Town with an independent professional evaluation of the suitability of the current/proposed fire station location, identify operational and site-related advantages and limitations, assess the location’s ability to meet current and future emergency response needs, and provide recommendations to guide the Town’s long-term fire station planning.
