Bid Description:
The City of Winooski Department of Public Works is requesting sealed bids for the purchase and delivery of one (1) new industrial-duty, two-stage reciprocating air compressor for use at the City's Public Works maintenance facility.
Reference unit: Atlas Copco CR Industrial Series, Model CR10-TS-120GV-IS, Part Number 2020040045, 10 HP, 230V, 3 Phase, 120-gallon vertical receiver.
The City will consider the reference unit or an approved equivalent from an established industrial compressor manufacturer, provided the proposed unit meets or exceeds the minimum specifications in this RFB. The reference manufacturer and model establish the general level of quality, configuration, capacity, and performance required and are not intended to unnecessarily restrict competition.
