Bid Description:
Contractors are invited to bid on the EAAFB GMA Bldg 7 C103 Renovation Project at Ethan Allen Air Force Base in Colchester, Vermont. 789 Vermont National Guard Road, Colchester VT.
This project consists of, but is not limited to renovation of a supply room to conference room, work to include construction of walls and flooring, new electrical and new data, new HVAC, as specified in drawings and specs dated August 1, 2026, by Centerline Architects.

Mandatory Site Visit |
There will be a mandatory pre-bid meeting at the site on September 1, 2026, at 9:30 AM (ET). Visitors must surrender a valid driver’s license, government ID, passport, or equivalent ID during their stay. Subcontractors are encouraged to attend.
