Bid Description:
The City of Essex Junction is requesting bids for the construction of a new waste gas ?are at the
Essex Junction Water Resource Recovery Facility. This work consists of removal of the existing
?are and control panel, installation of new natural gas, methane, and electrical utility lines, and
installation of a new waste gas burner and control panel. In addition, the project will include
installation of new safety selector valves and site restoration.
Bids for this work are due, September 2nd, 2026 at 1:00 PM via electronic mail to all the

Documents necessary for bidding are attached to this request for bids. This project is funded in
whole by the City of Essex Junction and therefore, AIS/BABA, Certi?ed Payroll and Davis Bacon
are not applicable to this contract.

klangdeau@aeengineers.com. Bidders will be placed on a bidders list and will receive addenda

A pre-bid site visit is scheduled for Thursday August 20th, 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Essex
Junction Water Resource Recovery Facility. The ?nal day for questions shall be August 26th.
