Bid Description:
Contractors are invited to bid on the EARF Red House Exterior Finishes Project in Jericho, Vermont. 113 Ethan Allen Rd,
Jericho, VT 05465 – Building 1. This project consists of but is not limited to repainting the exterior finishes of this building and replacing a section of a
concrete landing pad outside the exterior door. The exterior door will also be replaced.
Special Instructions:
Bona fide Bidders may obtain drawings and specifications from Project Manager, Jacob Adams.

Mandatory Site Visit |
There will be a mandatory pre-bid meeting at the site on August 25, 2026, at 10:00AM. Visitors must surrender a valid driver’s license, government ID, passport, or equivalent ID during their stay. Subcontractors are encouraged to attend.
