Bid Description:
Contractors are invited to bid on the AASF Operations Flat Roof Replacement project located at the Army Aviation Support
Facility, 141 Shamrock Rd in South Burlington, Vermont. This project consists of, but is not limited to replacement of the flat roof over the Flight operations section of the AASF. This project will include full depth reconstruction down to the decking. New substrate, drain bodies, insulation, and TPO membrane will be included in this project.

Mandatory Site Visit |
There will be a mandatory pre-bid meeting at the site on August 11, 2026 at 10:00 am. Visitors must surrender a valid driver’s license, government ID, passport, or equivalent ID during their stay. Subcontractors are encouraged to attend. Visitors must notify the Project Manager no later than the day before the meeting so they can be added to the access list. The meeting will take place in the lower parking lot at 141 Shamrock Rd, South Burlington, VT 05403. The lower parking lot will be the first large parking lot on the right as you pass through the gate. This is considered a secured facility on federal land. Please have
a valid drivers license, no firearms, and no drugs to include marijuana. Watch for Pre Bid signs. |
