Bid Description:
This project consists of providing design services and construction of a pre-engineered metal structure with climate
control. The minimum square footage is 3,000 with minimum dimensions of 50ft x 60ft. If costs permit the structure
may increase in size not to exceed 5,600 sf with dimensions specified by the State.

Mandatory Site Visit |
BIDDERS CONFERENCE: July 31, 2026 – 10:00 am (EST)
There will be a mandatory pre-bid meeting at the site on July 28, 2026, at 10:00 am. Visitors must surrender a valid driver’s license, government ID, passport, or equivalent ID during their stay. Subcontractors are encouraged to attend. Visitors must notify the Project Manager no later than the day before the meeting so they can be added to the access list. From the Wells Corner Market in Underhill, VT, travel South on Range Road. The Ethan Allen Firing Range Gate will be open at 9:30 am where you will drive past and meet at the first parking lot on the right. Watch for Pre bid signs. Gate will be closed at 10:00am. |
