Bid Description:
The Village is seeking a contractor - Work to be performed under this project includes – 1. Replacement of five historic windows to historical preservation specifications at 38” x 69”, including the disposal of old windows. 2. Build storm windows that can be used temporarily in the wintertime for energy efficiency. The window frames are an estimated 103”x57”, three of these and one 63”x44.
Special Instructions:
Sealed bids shall be marked: Kendall Building repair, Village of Enosburg Falls and can be dropped off at the Village office at 16 Village Dr, Enosburg Falls VT or by email to jdasaro@enosburg.net. There will be a bid opening for this project, all bids will be opened and reviewed at the Village Office on, July 27th 3:00 P.M. The awarded contractor will be notified after review at the Village’s trustees meeting on July 28th.
