Bid Description:
The Town of Hardwick is soliciting bids from qualified contractors for the NRCS Emergency Watershed Protection (EWP) Bank Stabilization Project.
The project includes bank stabilization work at three locations within the Town of Hardwick along Cooper Brook and the Lamoille River. Work consists of streambank stabilization and associated restoration activities intended to protect public infrastructure and reduce future erosion following recent flood events.
Special Instructions:
An optional pre-bid meeting will be held on Wednesday, August 5, 2026, at 8:00 a.m. at the Hardwick Memorial Building, 20 Church Street, Hardwick, Vermont.
Questions regarding the project must be submitted by Monday, August 10, 2026.
Bids will be accepted by email only and must be received no later than 4:00 p.m. on Monday, August 17, 2026. Bids will be reviewed during the Hardwick Select Board meeting on Thursday, August 20, 2026, at 6:00 p.m.
