This project consists of but is not limited to three separate interrelated but independent construction projects to make
improvements to the Biathlon Complex at the Ethan Allen Firing Range in Jericho, Vermont.

Mandatory Site Visit |
BIDDERS CONFERENCE: July 31st, 2026 at 1:00 PM EDT
There will be a mandatory pre-bid meeting at the site on July 31st, 2026, at 1:00 PM EDT. Visitors must surrender a valid
driver’s license, government ID, passport, or equivalent ID during their stay. Subcontractors are encouraged to attend.
Visitors must notify the Project Manager no later than the day before the meeting so they can be added to the access list. The
meeting location is at the Red House parking lot (113 Ethan Allen Road, Jericho, VT 05465). We will gather at this parking
lot and then convoy up to the jobsite. Follow the yellow pre-bid signs. |
