Bid Description:
The Town of Chittenden is accepting proposals for recommended repair and maintenance to Bridge 12, located near the intersection of Chittenden Road, Dam Road, Holden Road and Mountain Top Road. This bridge was inspected on 9/15/2026 and work includes approach rails, repair of surface corrosion of both fascia beams and general maintenance. Copies of the report are available at the VTrans Bridge Inspection website. Or you can request a copy by contacting the Town Clerk by email or at 802-483-6647 Mon-Thurs, 8:30 AM-4:00 PM.
Special Instructions:
Proposals are due by 12noon on August 10th. They may be submitted electronically to Alyssa Reynolds, Town Clerk/Treasurer at treasurer@chittendenvt.org, mailed to the Town Office 260 Chittenden Road Chittenden VT 05737 or hand delivered. Bids received after noon will not be accepted. Bids will be opened later that evening at the regular Select Board meeting beginning at 5:30 PM
