Bid Description:
This project consists of but is not limited to installation of over 1,100 feet of 4-8” fire protection water service, and installation of fire suppression system in building 304.
Special Instructions:
BIDDERS CONFERENCE: June 18, 2026 – 10:00 am (EST) There will be a mandatory pre-bid meeting at the site on June,18, 2026 at 10:00 am. Visitors must surrender a valid driver’s license, government ID, passport, or equivalent ID during their stay. Subcontractors are encouraged to attend. Visitors must notify the Project Manager no later than the day before the meeting so they can be added to the access list. To gain access to the project site, you will need to enter the Ethan Allen Firing Range at 113 Ethan Allen Rd, Jericho, VT 05465. Take your first right on Brians Aly. Take a left at the motor pool and park in the lot south of the motor pool. The project location is at 80 Mountain School Rd. Jericho, VT 05465, building number 304. Watch for pre-bid signs. Fee to Include one (1) Hard Copy $175.00 or one (1) Digital Copy: $125.00
