Bid Description:
The College of Arts and Sciences (CAS) at the University of Vermont seeks to restructure the staffing and delivery of administrative and financial services by establishing a specialized finance hub and removing finance-related tasks from generalist administrative positions.
CAS comprises 14 departments and 16 programs. Current departmental administrative and finance staffing includes three hub supervisory positions, three school/program supervisors, three financial analyst positions, and twenty-seven generalist administrative positions.
CAS seeks completion of this work by September 2026.
