Bid Description:
This project consists of, but is not limited to relocation of overhead primary power to underground, installing new medium voltage primary cables and new medium voltage switchgear, fiber optic and data relocation from overhead to underground, removal of pole mounted transformers and installation of pad mount transformers, and associated work detailed in spec’s and prints dated December 12, 2025 by SAS Architects.

BIDDERS CONFERENCE: May 13, 2026 – 9:00 AM (EST) There will be a Non Mandatory pre-bid meeting at the site on May 13, 2026 – 9:00 AM (EST). Visitors must surrender a valid driver’s license, government ID, passport, or equivalent ID during their stay. Subcontractors are encouraged to attend. Visitors must notify the Project Manager no later than the day before the meeting so they can be added to the access list. (Pre bid to start in the small conference room at building 5 and then move out into the field, Google Coordinates 44.50111555269851, -73.16639239370043. A criminal background check is required for all personnel if not presently on file with the BCE and current within one year. Upon award, all employees expected to work on this project must submit Base Access Registration/Record Check Form, provided by Project Manager for VTARNG Security Staff to run required background check. Form shall be submitted in PDF format by email to Project Manager. For contractors that require access to a VTARNG facility or installation: Contractor and all associated sub-contractors employees shall comply with adjudication standards and procedures using the National Crime Information Center Interstate Identification (NCIC-III) and Terrorist Screening Database (TSDB) (Army Directive 2014-05/AR 190-13), and applicable installation, facility and area commander installation.
