Bid Description:
This work consists of construction of HVAC improvements for the Southgate House Building (45 Southgate Loop, Bridgewater, VT), including installation of a heat pump system and heat pump water heater. A recent energy audit for the building is available by emailing the project contact. Before submitting a proposal, bidders shall examine the town scope documents, visit the work site if necessary, and fully inform themselves as to all existing conditions.
