Bid Description:
This project consists of multiple mechanical system improvements to the Royalton Academy Building (4182 VT-14, Royalton, VT), including ductless heat pumps, a propane boiler, an energy recovery ventilator, and an indirect water heater. A recent energy audit for the building is available by emailing the project contact. Before submitting a proposal, bidders shall examine the town scope documents, visit the work site if necessary, and fully inform themselves as to all existing conditions.
