Bid Description:
The Town of Milton is seeking proposals from qualified contractors for the 2026 Maplewood Ave. Pump Station Access Road Paving Project. The purpose of the project is to reclaim ten to twelve inches of the Maplewood Pump Station Access Road, add six inches of gravel to elevate the road, and pave with 2.5 inches of Type II asphalt and 1.5 inches of Type IV asphalt including a crown with 2% slopes to each side for drainage.

Proposals received after the deadline will not be accepted. The Town’s preferred delivery method is a PDF file submitted via email to adowns@miltonvt.gov.

The DPW will maintain a list of questions and answers, which will be made available to all consultants upon request and posted on the Town’s website and the Vermont Bid Registry website. It is the responsibility of the prospective bidder to review relevant project information located on these websites.
All addenda must be acknowledged in the submission; failure to do so may result in the proposal being deemed non-responsive.
