Bid Description:
The Town of Moretown invites you to prepare an excavation bid for :
Jones Brook Road Culvert#20.11-Remove existing culvert and replace with a 36” CSP per the contract plans
Jones Brook Road Culvert#20.18- Remove existing culvert and replace with a 137” x 87” CMPA per the contract plans
Bid documents will be available in pdf format by contacting Rae Washburn at r.washburn@onpointconsultingvt.com starting 4/13/26. Sealed bids will be received at the Moretown Town Office, 58 School St., Moretown, Vt. 05660 until 1:00 PM on Monday, April 27,2026 when they will be opened and read publicly. Electronic bids will be acceptable. Bid award will be at the Selectboard meeting on May 4,2026.
Project completion date is October 30,2026. All in stream work to be done from July 1 to October 1,2026.
There is no pre-bid meeting scheduled.
