Bid Description:
Contractors are invited to bid on the construction of the Family Readiness Center project (PN 500115) in Colchester, Vermont. The project site is located at 160 Academy Ln. Colchester VT, directly North of the Vermont National Guard Library and Museum, on the grounds of the Camp Johnson complex, a secured military installation.

Mandatory Site Visit |
There will be a mandatory pre-bid meeting at the jobsite on Camp Johnson in Colchester VT at 10:00 am EDT on April 29th 2026. Visitors must surrender a valid driver’s license, government ID, passport, or equivalent ID during their stay. Subcontractors are encouraged to attend. Visitors must notify the Project Manager no later than the day before the meeting so they can be added to the access list. The job site is on Academy Ln. in Colchester immediately adjacent to and North of the Vermont National Guard Library and Museum. Park at the museum and walk up Academy Ln. to the job site as indicated by the signage. |
