Bid Description:
The Project consists of the installation of a
new standby diesel generator with a reinforced concrete equipment pad and all appurtenant wiring and
equipment in the pump station and between the pump station and the new generator.
Special Instructions:
The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is: Copy World LLC., 5 Airport Road, Colonial Plaza- Unit 21, West
Lebanon, NH 03784; Contact: 603-790-8357, bill@copyworldllc.com. Prospective Bidders may obtain the
Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office on Mondays through Fridays between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00
PM. Electronic (.pdf) Bidding Documents may be obtained from the Issuing Office at a cost of $25 per set. No
printed documents will be issued. Electronic documents will be transmitted via email. The date that the
Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the prospective Bidder’s date of
receipt of the Bidding Documents. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing
Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including
Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office.
Bidding Documents also may be examined the office of the Engineer, Dufresne Group, 56 Main Street, Suite
200, Springfield, VT (by appointment), Mondays through Fridays between the hours of 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM.
