Bid Description:
The Project consists of the construction of a
packaged booster pump station with a cast-in-place concrete foundation and approximately 950 lf of ductile
iron water main and appurtenances, and demolition of an existing booster pump station.
Special Instructions:
The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is: Copy World LLC., 5 Airport Road, Colonial Plaza- Unit 21, West
Lebanon, NH 03784; Contact: 603-790-8357, bill@copyworldllc.com. Prospective Bidders may obtain the
Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office on Mondays through Fridays between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00
PM. Printed Bidding Documents may be obtained from the Issuing Office at a cost of $125 per set, shipping is
included. The date that the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the
prospective Bidder’s date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be
available from the Issuing Office. Upon request, Bidding Documents in PDF format will be provided to
prospective Bidders who have purchased printed Bid Document. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be
responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other
than the Issuing Office.
Bidding Documents also may be examined the office of the Public Works Director, Mondays through Fridays
between the hours of 8:00 AM and 3:00 PM; and the office of the Engineer, Dufresne Group, 56 Main Street,
Suite 200, Springfield, VT (by appointment), Mondays through Fridays between the hours of 8:00 AM and 4:00
PM.

A pre-bid conference will be held at 10:00 AM local time on April 9, 2026 at the Public Works Department,
located at 211 Fairground Road, Brattleboro, VT. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is highly encouraged
but is not mandatory. |
