Bid Description:
This project consists of but is not limited to replacement of the flat roof over the CST, RC and the AASF. This project will include full removal of the ballasts, insulation, and parapet metal
Special Instructions:
BIDDERS CONFERENCE: April, 9th, 2026 – 1:00 PM (EST)
There will be a mandatory pre-bid meeting at the site on April 9, 2026, at 1:00 PM. Visitors must surrender a valid driver’s license, government ID, passport, or equivalent ID during their stay. Subcontractors are encouraged to attend. Visitors must notify the Project Manager no later than the day before the meeting so they can be added to the access list. The meeting will take place in the lower parking lot at 141 Shamrock Rd, South Burlington, VT 05403. The lower parking lot will be the first large parking lot on the right as you pass through the gate. This is considered a secured facility on federal land. Please have a valid drivers license, no firearms, and no drugs to include marijuana. Watch for Pre Bid signs.

Mandatory Site Visit |
A criminal background check is required for all personnel if not presently on file with the BCE and current within one year. Upon award, all employees expected to work on this project must submit Base Access Registration/Record Check Form, provided by Project Manager for VTARNG Security Staff to run required background check. Form shall be submitted in PDF format by email to Project Manager.
For contractors that require access to a VTARNG facility or installation: Contractor and all associated sub-contractors employees shall comply with adjudication standards and procedures using the National Crime Information Center Interstate Identification (NCIC-III) and Terrorist Screening Database (TSDB) (Army Directive 2014-05/AR 190-13), and applicable installation, facility and area commander installation/facility access, and local security policies and procedures (provided by a government representative).
