Bid Description:
The Owner is seeking a Geotechnical Engineer to perform subsurface explorations and deliver geotechnical data reports for three City-owned sites identified for potential stormwater treatment practices (STPs). The Agreement will utilize EJCDC E-530, Agreement Between Owner and Geotechnical Engineer for Professional Services. The Agreement may be amended as mutually agreed upon for additional services in support of design and construction of these STPs by others, or for further exploration of alternative sites. Refer to the RFP Instructions for detailed information about the Project and the Agreement.
Special Instructions:
Sealed Proposals for the Project, submitted in an opaque package labeled “RFP ENG-26-01” will be received at Winooski City Hall, attn: Finance Director, located at 27 West Allen Street, Winooski, VT 05404, until Thursday, April 16, 2026, at 12:00 pm local time. At that time the Proposals received will be publicly opened and announced. A list of Respondents will be posted to the designated website (https://www.winooskivt.gov/bids.aspx) after opening the submissions.
Prospective Bidders shall contact the Owner via email with inquiries and requests for RFP Instructions prior to the Inquiry Deadline of Thursday, April 9, at 12:00 pm local time. All official RFP Instructions, notifications, addenda, and other Project information will be offered only through the Owner. Owner will not be responsible for any information obtained from sources other than the Owner.
