Bid Description:
Swanton Village (Owner) seeks to retain the services of a general Contractor (Contractor), for the construction of a stormwater improvement project consisting of the implementation of three new stormwater infiltration basins within the Owner’s road right-of-way on Greenwich Street and Grand Avenue. The purpose of this Invitation to Bid/ Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit proposals, establish a contract for the purchase of these services, resolve stormwater issues, and to comply with State and Federal Funding requirements. This project has been funded wholly or in part by the United States Environmental Protection Agency under assistance agreement (LC00A01871) to NEIWPCC in partnership with the Lake Champlain Basin Program. Davis Bacon wage rates are not required.
