Bid Description:
“The Town of Berlin is seeking bids for a Project consisting of approximately 270 feet of new 8-inch sewer service and 490’ of new 12-inch sewer main, installation of five new manholes with connection to two existing manholes, and the abandonment of existing asbestos cement sewer main. Project is located in the Central Vermont Medical Center’s eastern parking lot and the green space between said parking lot and VT Route 62/Berlin State Highway.
Bidding documents are available from Blueprints, Etc (802-865-4503) as an FTP download or printed Bidding Documents. A pre-bid conference will be held at 10:00 AM local time on April 2, 2026 at the Public Works building (108 Shed Road, Berlin VT). Attendance at the pre-bid conference is encouraged but is not mandatory.”
