Bid Description:
The Franklin County Natural Resources Conservation District (FCNRCD) seeks proposals from engineering consultants regarding an Adaptive Management/Preliminary Design scope of work to develop a QAPP, review existing information, collect additional data, perform H&H modeling, analyze alternatives, prepare preliminary designs, prepare a report including cost opinions, permitting insights, and phosphorus reduction credits, among other items, and co-host a public event on the site of the former Johnsons Mill Dam along the Bogue Branch, in Bakersfield, VT.
