Bid Description:
The Town of Bethel is accepting proposals to replace our existing salt shed with a 30’ x 30’ SteelMaster roof kit model R30-15, on a poured concrete foundation 30’-5.5” Long x 30’-2.5” Wide x 6” Thick slab, 10’ walls (2’ inground, 8’ out), #4 rebar throughout footer, walls and floor, with 2’ returns on end walls. Walls and footers to be keyed in. The concrete is to be sealed with a salt resistant sealer. The SteelMaster roof kit will be onsite and provided by the Town, all other materials shall be provided by the contractor.

The concrete detail is not complete. An addendum will be issued before or at the mandatory pre-bid meeting on 4/27/2026
