BEGINNING AT A POINT ON US ROUTE 7 APPROXIMATELY 1.655 KM SOUTHERLY OF THE PITTSFORD/BRANDON TOWN LINE AND EXTENDING 1.055 KM NORTHERLY OF THE PITTSFORD/BRANDON TOWN LINE.
