Bid Description:
Through this Request for Proposal (RFP), the Agency of Human Services, Department for Children and Families (hereinafter the “State”), seeks to establish contracts with one or more qualified entities to conduct programmatic and financial analysis of the SCC system and its associated components. The purpose of this work is to support ongoing system improvement, assess alignment between resources and service expectations, and inform future policy, planning, and system design.
