Bid Description:
This work consists of construction of a comprehensive LED lighting retrofit for the Southgate House Building (45 Southgate Loop, Bridgewater, VT). A recent energy audit for the building is available by emailing the project contact. Before submitting a proposal, bidders shall examine the town scope documents, visit the work site if necessary, and fully inform themselves as to all existing conditions. Questions may be submitted to Harry Falconer at hfalconer@trorc.org. Harry will create a list of bidders from this request and he will distribute any questions and addenda.
