Bid Description:
Vermont Huts and Trails is seeking a General Contractor to oversee the remodel of a Victorian building in Randolph VT. The intent of the remodel is to convert the first floor into a hostel. The project will also include some exterior work, as well as structural work to the basement and sprinkling of all three floors.
