Bid Description:
The Brooks Memorial Library is seeking bids from qualified Contractors to complete a Canopies, Windows and Security Door project. This project is following a project awarded earlier for all the concrete hardscape. This project will be phased to follow the hardscape project. The scope of this project will need to be coordinated with the hardscape project Contractor as both will occupy the site at times. The scope of this project includes two new canopies to be constructed, replacement of some of the windows in the children’s section, painting of the existing cementitious band at the exterior of the library, framing and installing a new access door including electronic access and miscellaneous electrical work.
