REQUEST FOR CONSTRUCTION PROPOSAL (RFP)
New South Royalton Rescue Squad Quarters and Garage Building
Fire District #1, is requesting lump sum bids from General Contractors for the construction of their new South Royalton Rescue Squad Quarters and Garage Building to be built this summer. Bids are due March 26, 2026. General contractors must be registered in Vermont and be able to post a Performance Bond equal to 100 percent of the total construction cost. Sub-contractors must bid through a General Contractor.
The new 3589 sf building will be one-story and wood-framed with two ambulance bays. It will be built next to the Royalton Municipal Building in South Royalton.
