Bid Description:
Through this Request for Proposal (RFP) the Agency of Commerce & Community Development, Department of Tourism & Marketing (hereinafter the “State”) is seeking customer service representative(s) to answer questions via email and phone from potential travelers to Vermont.
The Vermont Department of Tourism and Marketing (VDTM) operates 1-800-VERMONT, which is a phone line open to the traveling public to get their Vermont tourism questions answered. 1-800-VERMONT is operational Monday – Friday (excluding State holidays) between the hours of 8:30am – 4:30pm EST.
The vendor will also answer general tourism inquiries that come in through our website, www.vermontvacation.com.
