Bid Description:
This project consists of but is not limited to removal and install of a new boiler, pipe, valves, fittings, insulation, boiler start
up, remove existing fuel oil, fuel oil tank complete, remove fuel oil pipe, fittings, excavation, backfill, install new LP tanks,
pipe, valves and fittings, regulator, paving, bollards, landscaping, seeding, all other work associated with the scope of this
project.

BIDDERS CONFERENCE: March 19, 2026 – 11:00 AM (EST)
There will be a mandatory pre-bid meeting at the site on 3/19/2026 at 11:00 AM. Visitors must surrender a valid driver’s
license, government ID, passport, or equivalent ID during their stay. Subcontractors are encouraged to attend. Visitors
must notify the Project Manager no later than the day before the meeting so they can be added to the access list.
