Bid Description:
CSWD is requesting Proposals from qualified entities (Respondent) to enter into an agreement to provide for the purchase, brokerage, and/or marketing of recyclables.
This RFP solicits a Three (3) year commitment with the option of two one-year renewal periods for the purchase, brokerage, and/or marketing of recyclables for the District’s new Materials
Recycling Facility scheduled to open in early 2027.

Respondents are to submit their final Proposals to the Executive Director Sarah Reeves
sreeves@cswd.net no later than 11:00 A.M. on March 26, 2026. All submissions are to be marked clearly with the Respondent's name and with the phrase “RFP NO. 20260212 PURCHASE, BROKERAGE, AND/OR MARKETING OF RECYCLABLES."
