***Updated 2/24: Due to weather a second site walk has been schedule on 3/3 and the closing date delayed a week.***
Basement improvements in small commercial building under Corrective Action Plan (SMS#2022-5139): Demo and remove old metal equipment/tank, repair undermined foundation, replace damaged structural beam and columns, install 15-mil (min.) vapor barrier and sub-membrane depressurization system, and install spray polyurethane foam on walls; optional exterior asphalt swale construction. Bids for partial scope will be considered. BABAA and DBRA will apply to this project.
