Bid Description:
The City of South Burlington is requesting proposals for development of a Buildings and Thermal Implementation Plan (Plan). The City of South Burlington approved its Climate Action Plan (CAP) in October 2022. The goal of this project is to prepare an Implementation Plan for the Buildings and Thermal sector of the CAP. A full description of the project and proposal requirements are provided in the Request for Proposal.
Proposals will be accepted until Monday February 23, 2026 at 2:00PM by email to Bettina Miguez at bmiguez@southburlingtonvt.gov.
