Bid Description:
The contractor shall work to strengthen the Universal Pre-K program within its mixed-delivery early childhood education system. Vermont will implement a project designed to create a streamlined, coherent statewide framework for Universal Pre-K, through a partnership of CDD, Agency of Education (AOE) and Building Bright Futures (BBF), with consultant facilitation.
