Bid Description:
The Town of Springfield seeks proposals from qualified engineering consulting firms for engineering services for a project to construct a pedestrian bridge over the Black River. The project is funded in part by Federal Highway Administration (FHA) funds passed through the Vermont Agency of Transportation (VTrans) Municipal Assistance Section (MAS), and the Town of Springfield.
